They took great care of my dog and you can tell they really care about animals. They are very helpful and the building is very clean and well organized.
Called in the middle of the night bc my 13 y/o's barrel horse was collicing. Have never talked to a more rude and unconcerned Vet in my life. Initially asked if I would have surgery done if he needed it. Have NEVER been asked that by a Vet before they even saw or met me or the horse. I told her that was something we would have to discuss as a family if it came to that. Actually tried to talk me out of coming and when I requested for him to be seen she gave me a detailed list of expenses begining with, "Well, it'll be $160-180 for me to even see him then everything else will add up. If he needs an IV, those are pretty expensive..." I told her nevermind, hung up the phone and called another East Texas Vet that was beyond helpful. Horrible experience in the middle of the nightmare. Made it even worse!
Our Border Collie puppy had Kidney failure and because of quick action she has fully recovered. Dr. Smith is very professional, Organized and has wonderful staff on his team.
From the front desk staff, all the way to the vets in the back all i can say is AMAZING 100%.. They took care of my son's English Bulldog, and allowed my son to see him after waking up from surgery. He was so comfortable you would think he was home. They have also treated my American Bulldog and always about the safety, and less stress invironment for the dog.. Plus they explain everything they do and not just send you home.
